Program Management

      We use program management to oversee all programs, maintain a strategic plan and schedule, and inform and advise stakeholders. We also review the status and progress of each project, mentor project engineers, and ensure the quality of each project plan and its deliverables.
 
      We provide a dedicated Program Manager who will be assigned to your project from the Award stage through Entry into Service. This manager will oversee the integration of your subsequent aircraft and will serve as your single point of contact throughout the process.
 
      To ensure the success of your project, we generate Program Management Plans that cover various areas, including coordination of all:
  • Scope of work and communications
  • Project milestones (ITCM, PDR, CDR, Final Design Review, Conformity Inspections, FAI, Installation)
  • BFE monitoring
  • Project updates and reporting
  • Project action items
  • Resource management
  • Procurement management
  • Third-party coordination
  • Risk management and escalation.
